Job Description

　　Our client is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join their team onsite in Cornelius NC. This is a full time role taking in calls, tickets and emails regarding technician scheduling to repair, assess and replace banking equipment. This person will need to love analysis and critical thinking to create and update schedules that allow techs to complete 3-5 jobs per day. They will be assigned a territory and work hand in hand with the Territory Managers to understand priority clients. They will be speaking with all levels of the business and be responsible for the team hitting certain SLAs.

　　3 years in a working environment

　　experience in customer service

　　experience in fast paced environments

　　MS Office logistics, EMS, insurance claims/medical claims industry null
