This position exists to administer program services of the Disclosure and Records Management (DRM) Unit, including:
Information exchanges with the IRS and other state agencies
Policy and procedures writing
DRM Business activity log
New employee and contractor training and disclosure requirements
Information security audit and compliance activities
Disclosure activity reports
This position may be required to come into the office based on the business needs located at the Stassen building in St. Paul, MN.
Teleworking employees are required to live in Minnesota or in a state bordering Minnesota.
Minimum Qualifications
One year of professional experience documenting and implementing work procedures.
OR
Three years of experience providing administrative support duties such as inputting and accessing data into database system, receiving and responding to requests, or logging and track activities.
Applicants who meet the above experience requirements will be further evaluated during the interview based on the following:
Strong organizational skills in planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks with minimal direct supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Computer proficiency and ability to learn specialized software.
Strong skills in writing, proof reading, and oral communication.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Political Science, Public Administration or related field.
Experience working in GenTax.
Experience working with Power Automate in Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of state and MDOR policies and procedures.
Ability to identify, analyze, diagnosis, and develop solutions to problems.
Knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and policies involving data privacy, data security, disclosure, and records management.
Physical Requirements
Requires occasional moving of articles such as boxes, accounting records, laptop computer, and other office items.
