　　What you will do :

　　Responsible for HR supervisory responsibilities of teams ranging from 5 to 8 direct reportsLeads the day to day operation of the Disbursement team, setting on-going individual and team objectives, prioritizing work, and optimizing resources to meet or exceed SLA'sSupport the two teams as the process SME to develop the staff process knowledge and provide guidance when working through complex cases. Supports staff resource planning, organizing, and monitoring of key processes, including assisting in hiring, training, and evaluating staff, and taking effective actions to address performance mattersEnsure compliance of activities performed by the teams (Group policies, internal controls)Represents the P2P function for all audits (external and internal)

　　Degree in Business and AdministrationProfessional certification in accounting (CPA or equivalent) preferredStrong knowledge with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or internal control conceptsGood working knowledge of Oracle / SAP or any other ERPsAbility to establish and communicate prioritiesAbility to organize resources to achieve objectivesHigh level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibilityAbility to manage and motivateAccustomed to working under pressure and with deadlinesAble to resolve problems and conflicts and a professional and tactful mannerAble to identify and implement innovative solutions to meet business requirements
