  The US Vaccines Contracting Team is responsible for delivering contract strategies and tactics in support of Pfizer's Vaccines portfolio.

  The Director, Vaccines Contract Resources and Training Lead will be primarily responsible for leading the development and execution of vaccine portfolio resources and development of customer facing colleague training to clearly articulate the US Vaccine portfolio offers across important customers segments (GPO, IDN, PBG, Retail, etc).

  This candidate will serve as a member of the Pfizer Vaccines US Contracting Team which operates in an environment that embraces and encourages implementation of innovative ideas and creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork. This role requires excellent strategic thinking, strong project management skills, the ability to lead and work collaboratively across disciplines, the ability to translate insights into action as well as strong communication skills. This position is based in Pfizer's Collegeville, New York Headquarters or other Pfizer locations.

  ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  Develop and execute portfolio contract and pricing pull- through resources that align with the portfolio contract strategies and clearly articulate offers to customersLeverage customer feedback and close partnership with sales and accounts teams to drive continuous improvement of customer communication and resourcesCollaborate with US Vaccines brands, legal, pricing and contracting team, and customer facing colleague leadership to identify training and communication needsLead development and execution of training initiatives to ensure understanding of current contract offerings and compliant delivery (e.g. new hire training, quarterly updates, etc)Lead development and execution of ongoing training to ensure foundational understanding of evolving vaccine marketplace

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience required, or Master's degree and 9+ years of experience, or Ph.D./PharmD and 7+ years of experience required.Strategic thinking skills to support customer and business needsAbility to synthesize complex information into actionable customer communications and resource that support brand and contract objectives Demonstrated ability to develop training and promotional materials within legal, regulatory, medical guidelines and promotional guidelinesTen or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; contracting experience with vaccines or buy & bill markets is desirable.Education: Bachelor's Degree in, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.Strong communication skills- written, verbal and presentation skillsStrong collaboration skills essentialProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  Vaccines Experience PreferredAccount Management Experience preferredContracting experience with vaccines or buy & bill markets is preferred

  The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $261,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
