Job Purpose:
The US iShares Product team is seeking a mission-oriented teammate excited about building out our iShares alternative ETF suite. The ideal candidate will display strategic vision, domain expertise across alternative solutions and asset classes, an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as superb client-facing and written communication skills. The role will work across partner functions to drive distribution strategy across the product lifecycle - from initial development to range management and ongoing commercialization. The focus of the role is to partner across product, marketing, and sales to drive commercial initiatives including scaling new products, training our sales partners, developing educational collateral for clients, and supporting new product innovation. Vice President level candidates will also be considered for this role.
This product suite is a top strategic priority for iShares. It is one of iShares' newest product initiatives and sits at the center of the Firm's innovative ambitions. The suite includes a wide range of products from options strategies to real and digital assets. We are passionate about expanding investor choice by providing high quality products that can help investors gain access to a range of alternative solutions and asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Help build out iShares' alternative ETF offering, establishing the firm as the industry-leader in the space.Serve as a subject matter expert for Wealth clients, communicating key features of the product structure, market outlook for the category, and portfolio and practice insightsWork with Product Innovation to identify and build next gen products with strong commercial appealPartner globally with active portfolio managers, members of our digital assets team and product marketers to develop leading educational content for Wealth and End Investor audiences
Knowledge / Experience:
5+ years' experienceBackground in options/derivatives, structured products/annuities, commodities and/or digital assets
General:
Excellent communicator, experienced in presenting to senior leaders and clientsStrategic thinker able to lead initiatives across functions (Product, Marketing, Sales)Strong equity analysis, writing and/or editorial skillsRelationship builder with experience operating in a highly matrixed environmentMust have or acquire Series 7 & 63 licenses within 3 months of employment
For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $199,500 - $240,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
