Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SGSEG) is devoted to creating products & services that power prosperity around the world by dramatically improving the chances of success for small businesses. Within SBSEG, the U.S. GTM team is accountable for delivering breakthrough commercial strategies, based on in-depth market, competitive, and customer insights & ensuring executional excellence.
The Business Intelligence, Strategy and Operations (BISO) GTM team creates inspirational strategies, formed through in-depth market expertise and performance analysis and ensures successful implementation with clear and measurable goals. We work collaboratively across SBSEG at all levels to win over "hearts and minds" through our partnership style combined with rigorous data-backed analysis. We have a bias to action and deliver what we say we will. We think big, move fast, and strive for an outsized impact in all of our work.
We're looking for an experienced strategy and operations leader to creatively solve problems with a strong analytical background to lead our US BISO team. You'll work across functions and with executive leadership to execute high-priority projects, be the driver of the formulation and execution of our Annual Commercial Plan to Win and ensure high confidence in our long-term growth strategies.
What you'll bring
10+ years of experience in strategic consulting for leading consulting firms or technology companies, MBA Track record of delivering game-changing commercial strategies, from ideation through to implementation and trackingExcellent communication and leadership skills, able to unpack complex problems and lead a cross functional team through to solutionExceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills; you lead and influence across boundaries and are always considered a trusted partner to your peers and executives Highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects with little day to day direction. How you will lead
Drive commercial strategy in partnership with the US Marketing Leadership Team (MLT), through driving the strategic agenda for the MLT, developing critical market insights and creatively solving business challenges Accountable for communication of our business performance against our annual commitments and the implicationsResponsible for delivering customer and revenue growth associated with implementation of improvement recommendations Own commercial business intelligence for SBSEG, including becoming a subject matter expert in our industries and the key playersWork hand in hand with our Business Operations leaders to ensure the SBSEG annual plan delivers our commercial priorities and ultimately our growth objectivesCollaborate closely with all growth markets to ensure strategies are global where appropriate, that best practices are shared and that we can collectively accelerate performanceLead, coach and develop a team of business performance analysts
