　　The Job

　　We are seeking a seasoned Executive with a proven track record in the Mexican market, having previously worked with prominent broadcast channels and/or leading production companies, while also possessing a foundational understanding of streaming platforms.

　　The ideal candidate should have a background in unscripted project development, scouting, production, and project management, encompassing various genres such as documentary, reality shows, docu-reality, talent shows, live events, and more.

　　The Daily - Major Activities

　　Creation and/or scouting of unscripted projects for our streaming platform, with a primary focus, and as a secondary task for our Pay TV channels (30% of the role's responsibilities).Oversight of the development of projects that receive the green light to move forward (30% of the role's responsibilities).Supervision of the pre-production, filming, and post-production phases of approved projects (30% of the role's responsibilities).Providing guidance and support from the development stage through to production for the Ad Sales department and supervising long-format branded content projects (10% of the role's responsibilities).

　　Proficient in overseeing and guiding the creative and artistic elements of a project.Demonstrated competence in effectively managing project lifecycles, from planning through production to financial budgeting.Adept at critically assessing project ideas and skillfully enforcing deadlines and budget limitations.Proven ability to balance artistic vision with practical project management.
