RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle pricing, contract negotiation, forecasting portfolio card volume and rebates, rebate payment management, and acting as service escalation point of contact.Serve as a project manager for corporate clients implementing corporate card programs with Bank of America.Coordinate and managing end to end client projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans and documentation.Navigate clients through the Bank's due diligence processes to comply with regulations in multiple jurisdictions.Manage and coordinate client and internal business resources required to meet deliverables.Drive growth against a measurable strategic plan designed to foster card spend.Expand revenue through organic growth and product cross-sell opportunities.Conduct account and portfolio business reviews to initiate dialogue regarding opportunities and measure satisfaction with product offerings and customer service.Sell across the entire global Card and Comprehensive Payables product suite - including but not limited to Virtual Payables, Travel, Purchase, and other Virtual Solutions and to deliver end-to-end client solutions.Deliver origination and structure advisory support to clients across multiple geographies and assess cross-regional nuances of global card products through experience in other regions (APAC, EMEA and/or Latam).Act as the main client contact for card-related needs, facilitating aspects of the client's and the bank's requirements globally including implementation and client service coordination across the globe.Maintain global card product knowledge and remain current with competitive landscape, market trends, business partner and product updates, including a comprehension of the nuances of regulatory requirements globally.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or related; and5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related finance occupation.Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:Selling across the entire global Card and Comprehensive Payables product suite - including but not limited to Virtual Payables, Travel, Purchase, and other Virtual Solutions and delivering end-to-end client solutions;Delivering origination and structuring advisory support to clients across multiple geographies and assessing cross-regional nuances of global card products through experience in other regions (APAC, EMEA and/or Latam);Acting as the main client contact for card-related needs, facilitating aspects of the client's and the bank's requirements globally including implementation and client service coordination across the globe; and,Maintaining global card product knowledge and remaining current with competitive landscape, market trends, business partner and product updates, including a comprehension of the nuances of regulatory requirements globally.The Employer will accept 2 years of finance experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in a stated field.Up to 25% domestic travel, 5% international travel, as necessary.
