Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in product operations management across organizations.
15 years of experience managing technical projects in the software engineering domain.
5 years of experience leading teams within technical program management or equivalent roles.
Preferred qualifications: Understanding of the complex relationship between the organization and its environment, identifying connections, adopting different perspectives, and responding to changing circumstances in a strategic way.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal. Ability to manage changing specifications or standards, and create the conditions in which the team feels comfortable and capable of working through in response to ambiguity
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that drive executional impact at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $246,000-$361,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Set the outlook and execution of organizational direction for broad, cross-organization projects across the Google Cloud including, Distributed Cloud, Telco, and Geo Expansion, with additional initiatives that are deep in infrastructure.
Partner closely with executive leadership in engineering and product managers to ensure Technical Program Management alignment with business and organization priorities. Forecast resourcing requirements for Technical Program Management, while driving sublinear scaling at a rapid pace.
Provide oversight of delivery across the complete portfolio of cloud services.
Lead and inspire an organization of technical program managers drawn from several parts of the business, with a goal of driving alignment among software engineering and partner organizations spanning Google Cloud.
Build a healthy, scalable, and growth-oriented Technical Program Managementorganization across multiple locations.
