Director, Technical Product Management -Nike Inc., Beaverton, OR. Lead the creation of an end to end product and platform vision and multi-year roadmap for a function in partnership with engineering teams and the business. Partner with all stakeholders to understand business needs, outcomes, and value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to business needs. Ensure roadmaps account for and integrate dependencies across functional areas within domains. Utilize a customer centric mindset in designing roadmaps and building products, platforms that both meet current and future enterprise needs. Develop product and platform strategies to ensure they deliver outsized value to global tech quickly and are built to be scalable and agile. Bring best-in-class market and industry insights to platform and product strategy. Use a value framework to make product and platform decisions. Drive the execution steps of product management in accordance with the value framework. Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution against the end to end roadmap and adjust roadmaps as necessary. Up to 10% international travel is required. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or Computer Information Systems and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a technology-related occupation. Experience must include:
1. Data Instrumentation, Data ingestion and governance;
2. CDP Foundation;
3. Segmentation and omni-channel activation including owned, paid media channels;
4. Real-time journey orchestration and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO);
5. Marketing Analytics, Insights and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA);
6. Cross- channel digital engagement;
7. Targeting, experimentation and personalization of experiences;
8. Third party data strategy; and
9. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or competitive CDP tech stack.
