The technical solutions team enables Datadog's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. A Technical Enablement Manager (TEM) provides advisory services to our largest customers by providing targeted technical training over the comprehensive suite of products and features available at Datadog. TEMs plan and lead educational sessions to ensure customers know how to integrate Datadog into their IT Operations and how it translates to business value.

What You’ll Do:
Uplevel existing and create new customer education programs at scale, to consistently find ways to enable our growing customer base across Commercial, Mid Market and Enterprise segments Create a short and long term vision for upleveling our technical customer education programs at a large scale Problem-solver and solution oriented leader Hire top talent and coach new hires and oversee successful onboarding, development and ever-boarding of new and existing TEMs Deliver on department and team level KPIs and OKRs including utilization, productivity and CSAT metrics Manage, develop, and mentor a fast-paced team of global TEM individual contributors and managers Work closely with the greater Technical Solutions leadership and other groups throughout the organization (Community, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product) to tackle urgent customer matters and to implement process improvements Who You Are:
5+ years of experience leading technical customer education teams with at least 2 of those years managing managers Previous experience with successful implementations of processes and procedures in a scaling company Ability to travel at least 1-2 times per month as you will be leading a global team. Bonus Points:
Previous experience working as a technical trainer or Technical Account Manager supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers in the cloud space You have experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools. Hands on experience with the following types of technologies: Scripting languages like Python, Javascript, Ruby, etc. Configuration management tools like Chef or Puppet CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, Gitlab etc. Containerization tools e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, etc Datadog values people from all walks of life. The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $215,000.00 - $315,000.00, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
