Strategic Growth Consultants Competencies
Through tight collaboration with Strategic Growth Partners, Strategic Growth Consultants bring cross functional expertise, and specialized competencies to a portfolio of ~30 accounts with the highest AOV potential in AMER. There are 3 primary competencies of "T-shaped" Strategic Growth Consultants, though the work will be highly multi-disciplinary in nature.
Design: proven design leaders, who can leverage design to clarify and solve complex problems; and shape compelling, visually-refined narrativesValue: expertise leveraging quantitative value analysis and business strategy to design ways of unlocking value; and can shape compelling value narrativesInsight: expertise investigating customers, markets and industries to pull out business insights that drive rich narratives and compel change; simultaneously, you are a pattern sensor who can rapidly synthesis findings

Role Description
Strategic Growth Consultants are innovators, change agents and domain experts who help Salesforce teams design ambitious future-states for our largest and most strategic customers. Strategic Growth Consultants contribute in a team setting to capture hearts and minds with carefully-considered strategy, compelling narratives, and actionable plans to help our customers reach their highest potential with Salesforce.
The ideal candidate takes pride in effective collaboration, inspirational thinking, opportunity finding and framing, and rapid execution. They build trusted relationships, connect insights across domains, and disrupt traditional ways of thinking in service of high-potential enterprise customers and Salesforce's shared growth and success. Strategic Growth Consultants are commercially-minded value creators who have a knack for understanding how to drive change in a large enterprise. Throughout engagements with high-potential enterprise customers, Strategic Growth Consultants help teams:
Create and align on an enterprise vision and strategy, by doing one or more of the following:Conducting rapid research analysis and synthesis to arrive at strategic insights for unlocking trapped valueDesigning and facilitating cross-functional in-person or virtual collaborative work sessionsCrafting incisive persuasive narratives targeted towards a broad audience of F100 stakeholders from CEO to front line decision-makersDevelop and build scalable and repeatable methods and tools
Key responsibilities
While contributing to and load-balancing work across a portfolio of ~30 top accounts you will:
Work with top customers, Salesforce account teams, executive leaders, and cross functional stakeholders to understand and realize the long-term potential of a customer's relationship with SalesforceBuild compelling, enterprise-level visions, strategies, and executable roadmaps that drive customer success and account growthHelp Salesforce customers and account teams achieve their multi-year objectives and metrics (ie. revenue, pipeline growth, ACV, AOV)Influence and/or capture hearts and minds (from C-suite on down) using every available lever, including 1:1 persuasion, interactive workshops, physical and virtual experiences, and others to be inventedBring inspiration, clarity, discipline, and accountability to the process of digital transformation and account growth
