Job Title: Director - Security & Compliance Customer Trust
In the role of Director - Security & Compliance Customer Trust you will be responsible for working on various customer-facing activities ensuring customer understanding and accepting of our security controls and processes. You may also manage others to support similar
activities. You will be working with customers from regulated industries particularly from the financial services and Health Care industries to address their security and compliance related inquiries.
Demonstrating outstanding proficiency in supporting customer engagements across multiple clouds
and regions, becoming an inspiring leader within the Security organization!
Impact - Responsibilities
Host and lead complex customer security reviews from Salesforce customers and prospect customers in the AMER/LACA region.Present security and compliance related topics to customers at the Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) as well as via conference callsAssist Legal organization to negotiate security and compliance language for Master Services Agreements.Provide direction to Sales on customer security questionnairesPublish and maintain customer facing security and compliance documents and white papersProvide inputs to the product management and engineering organizations with customers generated requests Provide security and compliance education and training to various internal organizations (Customer Success Group, Sales Engineering, etc.)Drive process improvement via bringing to bear the SFDC platformWork independently as well as part of a teamEffectively communicate strategy through compelling presentations and written documents to TMP, Sales, CSG, and customer executives
Minimum Qualifications
BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or any related subject area in technology10+ years experience within a Global On-demand environment with a focus on security and compliance6-8 years of customer facing presentations to 'C' level executives as well as technical expertsExtensive knowledge of current risks, security frameworks, and trends.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesDemonstrated ability to navigate exciting conversations with internal executives and customer CISOs/CIOs is essential
Required Qualifications
Security experience in Business Information Security office (engaging both Business units and Technical Information Security teams)Willingness and ability to travel to domestic and international locationsGood interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels and functions
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of various compliance audits and security certifications (SOC2, ISO 27001 etc.) highly desiredPublic cloud experience is highly desiredValidated customer-facing experience is a strong advantage

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $175,600 to $296,600.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $193,200 to $326,300.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $210,800 to $355,900.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
