We are looking for a Director of Learning & Development, Sales to support the Intuit global sales organization. As our director, you will be at the forefront of our vision: Providing customer-focused, exceptional consultative sales learning experiences resulting in trusted certified professional advisors ensuring the right customer solution, every time.
What you'll bring
Lead the Sales Learning & Development organization supporting the full Intuit ecosystem of products. Like the sales leaders, the Sales L&D Director will be responsible for sales results and contributing to those results through sales learning, development and enablement strategies and tactics.Develops and executes on one- and three-year strategic plans: Set the strategic vision for shaping and aligning learning and development efforts with business needs and oversee the execution of initiatives to best enable the selling organization and enhance overall competitiveness.Develop and communicate the strategic direction for Sales Learning and Development across all countries where Intuit has sales teams, connecting across countries and sales leadership to ensure strategic alignment and serve as the bridge between strategy and execution for L&D priorities.Work across the learning community to share best practices, identify scale and achieve overall business goals.Strategically oversee and provide feedback into the development and delivery processes for ongoing learning programs to ensure increased sales force effectiveness and competitiveness and that all stakeholder needs are met.Lead partnerships with sales leadership, marketing, product, and other pertinent stakeholders to proactively identify training needs and optimize implementation. Partner with product and marketing teams to establish and maintain efficient processes to deliver and maintain sales-ready training content.Ensure the continuous advancement of curriculum and oversee the inclusion of cutting-edge technology, including use of AI and learning platforms to assess and further the progress.Leverage data and analytics to optimize L&D's ability to show causal relationships between learning and sales results.Active teacher/mentor/coach: Serves as role model and teacher of Intuit Frameworks and process such as values and performance management. Join other HR professionals to assess/implement development programs and training initiatives to support organizational strategies. Advocate for the right mix of talent for the community beyond direct teams, while developing talent succession plan across all levels and across teams

How you will lead
Has 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with 5+ Years of experience in Sales Education background and/or a degree in education preferredExperience leading a large-scale learning and development team with experience delivering for mid-market sales, inclusive of Account Management Experience with fostering collaborative relationships with product and marketing teams to deliver sales-ready training contentExperience with SaaS payments & payroll software preferredWorks to connect learning curriculum to improved business outcomesExpert that leads across boundaries, looking for and acting on synergies and scale across the Intuit learning community (example could include 3rd party vendors)Mentorship and modeling the skills and behaviors to lead with a clear vision, build a high performance culture and drive winning resultsMaintain and expand an innovative mindsetCommunicate and influence across all levels of the organization Model Intuit's values, including diversity inclusion (DEI)Display Customer Obsession for customers and internal stakeholders alike
