Job Description Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) Risk Director will deliver consulting support and projects to VISA's key clients to help optimize clients' payment cards portfolios’ performance, thereby ensuring that Visa is both their preferred brand and a unique business/marketing partner.
Join our team to orchestrate our sales pipeline and risk consulting projects in CIS&SEE (Commonwealth of Independent States and South-Eastern Europe) region. Key responsibilities:
Identify and capitalize on consulting opportunities with top clients across Eastern Europe, Balkans, Caucasus and Central Asia.Develop project pitches and proposals collaboratively.Deliver risk consulting projects and resolve complex strategic problems.Lead a network of external consultants, ensuring excellent delivery and continuous improvement.Contribute to the development of the Risk Service line through thought leadership and new consulting offerings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master’s degree is a plus.10+ years of professional work experience in risk management and analytical roles within retail banking/payments business/ risk division of a top bank or a reputed consulting firm.Strong consulting skills and client engagement capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong data synthesis and insight extraction abilities.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance.Goal-focused, highly motivated, and proactive in generating impact.A combination of local/regional and global experience strongly desired.
