Job Duties and Responsibilities
As the Director, Operations - Tools & Systems, reporting to the VP, Retail Wireless Operations, you will be responsible for supporting our wireless brands by developing strategies to support the onboarding of our new customers. Your team will use data and analytics to pinpoint customer pain points during the activation of service and develop creative solutions and prioritize changes to ensure the delivery of a world-class experience. Your team will partner with the larger organization working across care, sales, retention, training, and IT to deliver initiatives that span people, processes and technology.
Create the vision for the ideal set of customer onboarding journeys and guide your team to execute them.Own, develop, and report forecasts and budgets for customer calls through the activation journey.Measure activation performance to identify key opportunities and risks.Create a culture of testing and learning that optimizes results.Build a data-driven culture leading to strategies to drive service adoption/usage, and reduce churn.Continuously improve content and processes used to provide a world-class customer experience.Collaborate through partnership with other departments within the company on strategic change initiatives.Leads professional employees with an emphasis on career growth and professional development.Skills, Experience and Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's Degree preferred.Knowledge of financial modeling and process design - ability to explain complex concepts simply.Strong executive-level communication skills (listening, written, verbal, presentation).Experience leading major strategic initiatives within large organizations.Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully.Progressive leadership experience in setting business strategy.Strong business acumen, technical expertise and knowledge of business impacts.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.Ability to attract and grow talent internally and externally within a company.Demonstrated success leading and building high-performing teams through recruiting, coaching and training.Ability to travel 20% of the time.Salary Range

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total
compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
