Job Summary
This role leads the resource management responsibility for the technology organization. This role directs the processes and ways of working through different channels for properly resourcing, allocating and utilizing a myriad of resources and skillsets to meet the team's demands. This role is also responsible for strategic partnerships with third parties to maximize outcomes and ensure operational excellence.
Job ResponsibilitiesEstablish and run governance to ensure sufficient capacity availability to meet forecasted workEstablish and maintain an accurate view of the Technology workforce across FTEs, Contractors, and third parties, including allocation, utilization, and skillsetsProcess management and optimization of resource onboarding, extensions/moves, and offboarding. Regular compliance reporting.Establish and improve processes to speed up resource mobilization and allocation to priority initiatives.Integrate resource utilization oversight within delivery management processes and reporting outputs.Establish guidelines and standards to identify specific, detailed skills requirements. Educate standards regularly.Develop and run reporting to ensure skills are fully utilized and maximum value is gained from them on allocated workProcess management and optimization of vendor management, including implementing best practices in vendor segmentation and ways of workingLead strategic vendor relations and partners with Sourcing, Business and technology teams to define category-specific sourcing strategies that are aligned to the broader Technology strategyDevelops and executes on Technology performance management strategies and plans, including KPIs and scorecardsOversees managed service providers and other vendors that deliver services for the technology teamStreamlines vendor landscape to reduce supplier costs and define new engagements to properly source portfolio of work and ensure value extractionPerforms as a liaison with Procurement for contract negotiations, remediation, renewals, and changes.Monitors service and operating level agreements.Provides monthly scorecards, delivers metrics and executive insights that drive decisions.Performs proactive/predictive analytics, analyzes and reviews key category metrics, volumes & trends, and engages with internal partners.Establishes operational objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals in order to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the group.Develops and mentors' staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace

Basic Qualifications
Experience in vendor management processes and ways of working, especially through MSPs and outsourcing arrangementsExperience with utilization and forecasting insightsExperience with process management and optimization of resourcesExperience standing up managed service providers and other outsourcing engagementsAt least 5 years of experience leading geographically diverse operational functions within a global, highly complex, matrix organizationAt least 5 years of experience delivering value for IT through creation of KPIs and other metrics that measure outcomesAdvanced Power BI experienceExperience setting KPIs for technology function in a large enterprise.Experience working & negotiating with suppliersAt least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Salary Range$130800 - $222500 / Salaried
