RemoteThe Director, Program Management (Value Stream Leader)- JADC2 Experimentation & Demonstration will join the Connected Battlespace and Emerging Capabilities organization within Mission Systems. The JADC2 Experimentation & Demonstration organization is chartered to help our customers envision the future battlespace through our Large Force Exercise (LFE) demonstrations & experiments to create demand and drive early advantage.In this role, you will lead a team to identify, prioritize and rapidly mature emerging capabilities while influencing our customers and validating our solutions. The capabilities span the entire Mission Systems portfolio of Connectivity, Secure Processing, Command and Control, Autonomy, Strategic Deterrence and proprietary programs. This leader develops demonstration plans and concepts featuring technologies and capabilities from business units across Mission Systems and RTX to fuel future business growth and solve the most challenging and emerging customer JADC2 mission problems.This position can be worked remotely. Primary Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Value Stream Leaders and cross functional teams that engage with DoD and international customers to obtain sponsorship at LFEsProfit and loss responsibility for both internally and externally funded effortsInterface and align with other program managers, business development, strategy and engineering personnel across Mission Systems.Travel requirements up to 25%Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experienceMust have prior leadership experience, managing peopleMust have prior experience working with U.S. Department of Defense customersActive and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start dateU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearancePreferred Experience:
