Job Summary
As Director, Global Services Solutions Center (GSSC), you will lead the remote delivery aspects of Managed Services and Professional Services to NetApp global customers. As a key member of the worldwide PS leadership team, you have a deep understanding of your business at all levels. You ensure focus, skill enablement and customer growth.

This position requires an individual who is humble, dynamic, diligent, and ambitious for the success of their team. You have excellent oral and written communication skills. A successful candidate will also possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and have experience managing and evolving professional services consulting practices.
Essential Functions
• PS Modernization ( people who have participated in Change Management in Corporate) and Centers of Excellence alignment - Cloud, Migration, Automation( Storage Automation) and Managed Services, DP&S ( Data Protectoion and Security)- Storage is Bonus but not mandatory.
• Accountable for the quality of the services being delivered to customers globally ( Global experience - interacting with Global Co's)
• Responsible for creating and aligning the APAC GSSC plan to the worldwide GSSC business strategy
• Provide the Clarity, Climate and Competence that enables the GSSC organization to execute the GSSC plan
• Manage the delivery of global NetApp Managed Service solutions
• Team with Professional Services leadership to deliver services within all geographies
• Act as a Senior leader for all critical customer-facing meetings
• Drive corporate best practices throughout the GSSC teams to ensure consistent, high quality and repeatable solutions.
• Contribute to the planning and budget process as it relates to planning, goal attainment, expense management, and revenue recognition.
• Manage, track and forecast financial targets and provide reporting and submission of financial data to support corporate actions.
• Present and represent the GSSC at key internal and external events
• Build a team culture that aligns with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy

Job Requirements
Experience with:
• Building and executing strategic plans
• Implementing and leveraging quality measurement system for services
• Deep understanding and experience with business review models
• Managing customers engagement/escalation independently and driving positive customer experience
• Managing and enhancing a world-class services organization
• Experience in building services practices
• Senior leadership experience with PS and MS, data center solutions, data migration, storage solutions, cloud, security, automation and data protection
• Broad exposure to a variety of technologies/concepts and management in a distributed environment.
• Broad exposure to a variety of Consumption offering concepts and Operations management in Managed Service customer framework
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as, presentation, customer and business skills
• Proven ability to contribute and manage the delivery elements of MS and PS line of business
• Managing through ambiguity
• Experience with delivering customer centric service and support
• Financial planning and negotiation
Education
A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a technical or business discipline is required, or equivalent combination of relevant education/certifications/training preferred.A minimum of 15 years in a field based senior services management position with a minimum of 40 direct staff is required.Must have experience supporting Professional Services and Managed ServicesITIL and PMP certifications are an advantage.Global service delivery experience is preferred.
