The eCommerce Product team builds products to enhance the experience for millions of customers who shop with us online or use the app to shop in our stores. You'll leverage the best and latest technologies to develop experiences that have changed the industry.
About the Role
The Director of Product Management, Conversational Commerce Experience, will lead the development and execution of pioneering, customer-focused product strategies to enhance our conversational commerce experience. This role involves directing product management teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and creating a roadmap for the implementation of conversational AI technologies. The director will also play a pivotal role in boosting customer engagement through personalized, intuitive conversational interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Consumer-Centric Experiences: Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for our Conversational experiences, focusing on customer interactions, customer touchpoints. Initiate and oversee projects that identify and address consumer pain points.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and work closely with business, engineering, data science, and UX/UI teams to conceptualize, pilot, and refine AI-driven product innovations.
Technical and Analytical Engagement: Gain a deep understanding of technical requirements and challenges, effectively communicating them to relevant teams. Establish, track, and evaluate performance metrics, guiding the product towards desired results.
Continuous Learning: Remain updated on the latest developments and trends in AI and ML, ensuring our product offerings always lead the industry in innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, exemplary leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of conversational commerce.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and launching large-scale, customer-facing applications, preferably in the eCommerce or retail domain.
- Strong expertise in conversational AI technologies and their implementation.
- Exceptional knowledge of the latest trends and developments in AI and ML.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00-$338,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
