Overview
The role is responsible for delivering and maintaining client & associate facing digital solutions that enable the effective onboarding and servicing of commercial and business clients, including account opening, product and service implementations, client relationship management, and service channel experience. This leadership role is charged with leading a team of product managers to drive the strategy and vision, achieve alignment with stakeholders within the broader organization, and developing a roadmap to execute against the strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop a client lifecycle management vision and strategy that aligns with the bank's overall needs.Build and maintains alignment with cross-functional leadership within sales, operations, technology, channels, and service.Partners with owners of existing digital channels, internal tools, and service tools to deliver cohesive client experiences that leverage the bank's scale.Manages and develops a high-performing team that extends the leader's subject matter expertise, partnership mentality, and executional excellence.Creates, measures, and maintains data-driven for outcomes for both new initiatives and ongoing continuous improvement (OKRs, KPIs, etc.).The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $136,600 to $236,600 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience in Experience with some or all of the following: Building solutions with workflow tools (ex. Appian, Salesforce, PEGA, nCino, in-house, etc.) Building business/commercial online relationship and account opening (Fenergo, Mantl, in-house, etc.) People management experience Demonstrated ability as a strategic thinker that has turned strategy into deli OR High School Diploma or GED and 13 years of experience in Experience with some or all of the following: Building solutions with workflow tools (ex. Appian, Salesforce, PEGA, nCino, in-house, etc.) Building business/commercial online relationship and account opening (Fenergo, Mantl, in-house, etc.) People management experience Demonstrated ability as a strategic thinker that has turned strategy into deli
