//This leadership role will be responsible for delivering substantial value by establishing pricing excellenceat ATG in line with the companys growth vision. This will require an experienced leader who isknowledgeable in pricing strategies, tools, and analytics as well as adept at driving change and cross functional collaboration with multiple business units.
Coordinate across business units and regions to identify pricing gaps to ensure adjustmentsmaintain market position and drive value creation to meet budget and business goals.Identify pricing strategies that optimize profitability and contribute to the overall value creation of the company.Pricing Guideline Establishment: Set clear guidelines and processes for ongoing price adjustments to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.Governance: Oversee deal escalation processes and support review and approval of deals as needed in accordance with established pricing strategies.Metrics and Measurement: Define and manage primary pricing related KPIs and collaborate with various departments to implement robust analytical tools.Problem Resolution: Regularly monitor price performance metrics and identify and address root causes of any problematic areas.Customer-Centric Approach: Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand market reactions and refine pricing models for sustainable growth.Technology-Centric Approach: Implement tools to shape company's future commercial excellence and enable analytics, performance management, and continuous improvement.Drive Value-Based Pricing Culture Change in the BusinessesChange Management Leadership: Drive dynamic change and blend business intelligence with pricing policy and processes to improve price capture.Centralized Team Management: Establish and manage a centralized strategic pricing council with cross-functional subject matter experts across the organization and establish governance structures to maximize value captured through pricing strategies.Leadership in Excellence: Cultivate a culture of pricing excellence by training and coaching Operations and Sales, while aiming for best-in-class pricing methodologies and enabling real-time insights for executive decision-making.
*Qualifications:*Experience: 4+ years in relevant experience, either in industry and/or management consulting, with specific experience in implementing B2B value-based pricing highly preferred.Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and customers in a rapidly growing company.Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, focusing on solutions and strategic thinking.Strong aptitude for analytics and capable of drawing insights from extensive financial data and develop models.Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills and ability to influence diverse goals toward cohesive outcomes.Demonstrated commitment to achieving pricing excellence and being a strategic partner to customers.Proficiency in implementing strategic pricing processes and tools. Experience leveraging digital pricing tools, CRM, and data to manage pricing compliance and improvement.Communication Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written) with strong interpersonal skills; additional languages a plus.
