Adobe Professional Services for Digital Experience technologies drives strategy, implementation and adoption services for our customers. Adobe has a vast partner ecosystem and working in partnership with key partner organizations can enable us to provide expansive transformational engagements for our customers and drive significant value realization for the investment in Adobe technology.
The Role
Develop partner engagement framework and strategically select key partners for joint sales motions and go to marketManage Adobe Professional Services relationships with key global Partners across the America's region, consisting of traditional Global Management Consulting Firms, Local Systems Integrators and large Digital/Ad Agencies.
Run annual / bi-annual partner planning sessions to agree strategy and joint go to markets with key partners.Develop with the team, partner sales plays, joint offering and joint industry solutions to market for execution and engagement of our Adobe sales teams.Run quarterly business reviews with key partners to assess joint goals, results, challenges and opportunities.Evangelize the joint partnership approach within Adobe and within the partner organizationsBuild coalition and support of leadership teams throughout all organizations within Adobe.Working closely with the America's leadership to align the partner strategy with Professional Services priorities and goals to ensure measurable partner impact from a revenue and customer success perspective.
Working with peers in other geographies, drive and execute on strategies aligned with our Global Partner Program.
Manage and maintain the local Partner program, incentive programs and various initiatives.
Develop executive cross partner organization contacts aligning business strategies and driving growth.Communications - Ensure effective and timely internal and external communications.
What you need to succeed
Experience working in a quota bearing enterprise Sales environment for at least 5 years, with a strong track record of achieving your targets.
In addition, min 5 years' experience in a Partner/Alliance Sales role will be required; experience growing a Partner Sales organization would be preferred.Experience of driving partner pipeStrong relationships and experience working with Global Consulting, System Integrators and Digital Agencies.Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skillsAbility to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.Bachelor's degree required, Masters in Business preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $308,800 -- $485,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
