　　As a Director of Technology - Smart city SME, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director with a strong background in smart city technologies and a proven track record in advising and delivering innovative solutions to senior client stakeholders. If you are passionate about driving technology strategies, managing distributed engineering teams, and leading enterprise-scale transformation projects, we want to hear from you.

　　Client Engagement:

　　Interface with and advise senior client stakeholders up to the C Level on technology strategies and smart city solutions.Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, and provide tailored technical recommendations.

　　Technology Strategy:

　　Define technology strategies for clients with a focus on modern architectures, including layered, headless, micro-services based, and cloud-hosted solutions.Drive the adoption of contemporary technologies and methodologies to achieve digital transformation goals.

　　Team Leadership:

　　Manage and lead distributed engineering teams of up to 50 people or moreFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the technical teams.

　　Project Delivery:

　　Oversee the successful delivery of enterprise-scale engineering transformation projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

　　Technical Expertise:

　　Demonstrate expertise in a range of technologies and methodologies, including but not limited to:Smart City Data Platforms (Off-the-shelf products and Custom implementations)Digital Layer Technologies such Java, JavaScript, and CSS,DevOps/Automation (CI, CD) for large-scale deliveryArchitecture and design knowledge of Headless approaches, API gateways, Microservices, iPaaS / ETL / ESB, Databases, and Big Data platformsCloud platform architectures (OCI/Azure/GCP/AWS)Big Data / Machine learning platformsQuality Engineering

　　Agile Delivery: Implement Agile methodologies to drive efficient project delivery and responsiveness to changing client needs.

　　Client Pitching- Utilize strong presentation and client pitching skills to win new business and expand client relationships.
