Job Summary
This leadership position is a critical role to develop our strategic plans for Supply Chain planning and to lead our GMP production and critical raw material teams. It is a Hybrid position with the expectation of 50% on-site presence in Fargo, Aldevron's global headquarters. You will be a part of the Global Supply Chain team and report to the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain.
Job Responsibilities:
Direct a team across multiple locations and be accountable for the execution of materials planning, production scheduling and Sales & Operations Planning.
Develop team and leaders to build capabilities, improve supply chain effectiveness, and utilize resources and materials to achieve and sustain service level targets.
Possess a broad range of responsibilities critical to efficient utilization of resources and materials to achieve and sustain service level targets.
Develop and standardize strategies including, but not limited to, Starting Material Evaluation, Materials Requirements Planning, Slot Scheduling, Shop Floor Scheduling, Documentation, Manufacturing Co-ordination, and Production suite scheduling.
Conduct performance analysis to adjust strategies and execution as necessary.
Responsible for Capacity Planning in line with changing Demand; tracks and publishes all key performance metrics tied to execution, including running aspects of Sales & Operations Planning.
Lead all Danaher Material Systems activities on site.
Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. required, preferably in supply chain, or science degree
5 or more years of experience in supply chain
Demonstrated understanding of CFR Part 11 materials compliance
Ability to lead and develop a high performing team
