About Director of Strategy

  Team Fusion, our Midwest operating group, is currently seeking a Director of Strategy, who will lead key strategic business initiatives for the group. In this role, you will be joining the senior leadership team to lead a growth strategy for a $1.5B business and operations for a portfolio of 400 dialysis clinics, 100 home programs, and 50 hospital programs. This role will report to the Group Director of Finance and Strategy. This teammate will be primarily remote but must be located in the following locations: Illinois (preferred), Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota, or Wisconsin.

  As a thought partner to our senior team, you will be a strategic leader for field operators as this position is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives. Representative projects include development of the 3-year strategic plan, decision making around capital deployment, identification of new market opportunities and development of new models of collaboration in existing markets. The Director will join a team of highly motivated individuals and, at this level in our organization, will have visibility and interaction at least quarterly with our C-suite.

  DaVita Kidney Care operates or provides administrative services at 2816 outpatient dialysis centers located in the United States serving approximately 200,000 patients. The company also operates 321 outpatient dialysis centers located in 10 countries outside the United States.

  Essential Duties

  Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
