Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Affiliate Partnerships who will be responsible for establishing key partnerships to launch new business opportunities on the ID.me Shop Marketplace. This person will also be responsible for working with affiliate networks, agencies and brands to negotiate affiliate commissions and acquire partners. Specifically, the individual will understand member needs, work with the sales team to source offers from brands, own affiliate pricing negotiations, and drive brand success using merchandising.

  

Responsibilities

Empathize with users and understand their needs Conduct market research for expansion into new markets and vertical segments Lay down new business strategies and establish key partnership to execute on them Source offers by user segment and package the offers to create unique value proposition for users Ensure partners achieve success on ID.me Shop using merchandising and advocating for key product features Operate a high-performance organization. Holds high standards, continually synthesizes the situation, and is able to anticipate risks.

Ideal Qualifications

10+ years of Consulting or Marketplaces or Partnerships experience Entrepreneurial experience highly preferred Ability to breakdown problems using first principles thinking Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making.  Strong business acumen and ability to build strong business partnerships Strength in applying processes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining room for flexibility and quick iterations  Thought leader with successful track record of communicating effectively with senior leadership Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar discipline MBA preferred but not required Ideal candidate will thrive in the following culture:

  The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location. Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.

  ID.me offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts (medical, limited purpose, dependent care, commuter benefit accounts), basic and voluntary life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, ability to participate in unlimited paid time off subject to the terms and conditions of the PTO policy, including 8 company wide holidays, short and long-term disability insurance, accident and critical illness insurance, referral bonus policy, employee assistance program, pet insurance, travel assistant program, wellbeing and childcare discounts, benefit advocates, and a learning and development benefit.

  The above represents the anticipated total rewards package for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on qualifications, professional experiences, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and other job related factors.

  Pay Range

  $184,313—$210,000 USD
