About Director of Sales (On-Site)

  Broadridge is experiencing strong growth, and we are seeking a Director of Sales to join our team either in San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing and all other matters related to revenue generation. This includes developing and maintaining strong client relationships with decision makers. You will bring value by focusing on developing relationships with existing and new buyers of capital markets disclosure document solutions (M&A & IPO) offered by Broadridge through our outstanding document disclosure capabilities suite. These buyers are typically Senior Level Partners at Law Firms, PE, VC Firms and Banking individuals.

  This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

  Responsibilities:Identify and Pursue Senior Level Executives at Law Firms, Banks, PE and VC Firms, responsible for the Capital Markets Products and Services offered by Broadridge.Ability to develop a strategy to implement for identifying the client's needs, and delivering the appropriate Broadridge solution.Build and maintain relationships that will direct Capital Market opportunities and deals to Broadridge.Ability to articulate and present BR value proposition for corporate Issuer solutions including; disclosure document creation and filing (primary focus and expertise), proxy/annual meeting, and transfer agencyCollaborate with the Regional Manager and his Team of Corporate Issuer Territory Managers and Transfer Agent Specialists in a team selling environment, to enable Broadridge to be in the best position to pursue and close Capital Market opportunities.Negotiate and implement contracts with clients that are best aligned with our pricing parameters and approachEstablish the correct level of internal client service and operational support to fully address the clients' needs, to ultimately build the best client experience possible.Maintain accurate and current records of contact activity, sales leads and opportunity creation with a robust CRM platform (salesforce.com)Qualifications: Minimum of 5 Years' Experience within the Financial Printing, Composition and Filing areasAbility to create results individually and in collaboration with othersAbility to excel in a growing, dynamic, fast paced environmentWell-organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and the ability to work independently and remotelyWilling to take personal responsibility for customer experience and satisfactionAbility to handle multiple duties with rapidly evolving deadlinesAbility to support multiple client projects at the same timeOngoing ability to learn new services and products.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary Range: 100,000 - 125,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Commissions: ~40,000 - 75,000Benefits: Medical, dental, life and vision insurance. 401k w/ match, parental leave, and more.
