Salesforce Business Technology(BT) team is looking for a Director, Product Management with extensive background in Product Management and leading delivery for global enterprise applications.
The Director of Product Management Quote to Cash (Q2C) within the Business Technology organization is responsible for leading a team of Product Managers to help define and run the systems to scale Salesforce to $50 Billion in revenue and beyond!
We drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of the product plan for Q2C Revenue Cloud roadmap while partnering with GTM Stakeholders on strategies for core Sales/Revenue motions and new integrations. Ensuring that we are growing the product mentality and capabilities along the way while bringing a beginner's mindset to help define the product roadmap and technical efforts to modernize the data, integration and technology! This role will lead a distributed team of Product Manager, Product Owners and Analysts, with focus on CPQ, Product & Pricing, and Quote to Cash domain.
In office expectations (Dallas, TX, or Indianapolis, IN) are 10+ days/a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams. This is not a remote opportunity.
Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of Product Management experience with a demonstrated history of efficiently implementing and running SaaS product development programs; solid understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle4 to 6 years of direct people management experience with distributed and global teams4 to 6 years of professional experience with Q2C/Revenue Operations domain, Quote management at an enterprise technology company4 to 6 years managing and implementing products and applications with Salesforce CRMExperience managing Product Managers and Analysts to deliver value and delight our customers through high-fidelity wireframes and epic definition, user stories, roadmaps, burn-down, and other success activities to ensure a successful launchWell-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead othersExperience building product road map, long term strategy and planning, and collaborating with program teamsExcellent hands on analytical and problem-solving experience; strong attention to detail and ability to: combine various data points to achieve a common goal (people knowledge, data warehouse, Excel files, external tools, other internal data)Experience defining gaps in our current policies and processes; identify ways to simplify current and future processes with an eye toward automationExperience in defining product and business capability KPIs (short and long term) and provide regular progress updates to the Business and Workstream Leads and the Steer Co/Executive teamDeep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologiesAbility to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, working teams, and technical and non-technical team members alikeExcellent self-management practices and an entrepreneurial thinker; exceptional work ethic; self-directed and resourcefulHighly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks at one timeProven project execution skills with a strong desire to document best practices and process improvementsCollaborate across multiple teams and key partners internallyA related technical degree required

BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent experience in technical leadership rolesExperience with Go To Market, Lead to Cash Management, Finance, or Revenue processes and systems2+ years of order management experience in Product, Engineering, or Operations roleExperience collaborating on M&A and Q2C data frameworks promoting agile, iterative practice to migrate sophisticated acquisitions and cross-entity collaborationAbility to influence the core product build out strategy with right key performance indicators and Tableau reporting tool kitsKnowledge and experience with SOX policies and controlsExperience working with Scrum/Agile processes and toolsExperience with data, analytics and AI/ML frameworks
