Broadridge is Hiring! We're seeking a Director of Purchase & Sales/Options to join our BPO Operations team! You will manage and provide direction to 20-25 professional Associates in the United States including Mangers, Supervisors, Senior Associates and Junior Associates.
Responsibilities:Lead critical and complex initiatives that have been driven by regulatory changes and directing all activities related to project management and project testing, product enhancements and the implementation of regulatory requirementsOversee and direct the teams in facilitating the transitioning of new clientsOversee and manage all application developmental activities and product delivery of BR productsDirect the analysis and review of complex initiatives and projects for the group and lead the team to ensure that the functionalities of newly developed products conform with technical specificationsEnsure clients can implement new functionalities and enhancements to Broadridge's proprietary products by leading the final review of product and system testingOversee the resolution of day-to-day client technical, operational and functional issuesServe as a lead and subject matter expert on strategies, technical and functional processes in multi-team projectsOversee and guide team through daily Options ExpirationQualifications:
5-10+ years leadership and industry experience preferredStrong experience in Purchase & Sales/OptionsKnowledge of MS Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook/Powerpoint etc...)Prior experience working on Broadridge products/platfrom preferredStrong project management skills and good familiarity with varying project management toolsExperience utilizing best practices to lead and manage major corporate cost reduction initiatives and process improvement programsAbility to build true partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent communication skills verbal and writtenProven experience working and collaborating with business controls and internal & external audit reviews.Success motivating and aligning large cross-functional, matrixed teams striving towards a common goalCollege Degree BS/BADemonstrated financial management and budgeting skills with the ability to positively impact an organizations bottom lineProven track record in strategic planning, tactical planning, business, and project management as well as customer and vendor relationship buildingAbility to work extended hours as need for Options Expiration coverageDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach and train staff.Ability to work cross functionally within IT and the business.Benefits Information:Please visitwww.broadridgebenefits.comfor more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings
