Launched nationwide in 2019, the CarePass program offers members a range of benefits for $5 a month or $48 a year. These include a $10 monthly reward that can used for just about any purchase as well as 20% off CVS Health brand products, free one- to two-day shipping on online orders, free same- or next-day delivery on pharmacy orders and access to a 24/7 pharmacist helpline.

The Director of Loyalty Growth & Optimization will lead Member Acquisition and Retention strategies for CarePass; partnering with multiple cross-functional teams to scale and evolve the program with a focus on best-in-class customer experience.
A large portion of this role will be strategy and customer experience focused; however, a successful candidate will have a diverse background and enthusiasm for a role that requires day to day general management. This role also requires executive presence and strong relationship and presentation skills, as this individual will often be tasked with facilitating cross functional working sessions and partnering across the enterprise. Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $227,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
