As the Director, you are responsible for directing Accolade's onboarding and continuing education training across our business offerings and leading a team of facilitators and designers. You will determine the learning strategy and plan and will define and implement performance support solutions that meet the needs of the business to improve leaders' and managers' performance measurably. You are accountable for the effectiveness of learning and performance services and products. You are also responsible for ensuring that instructional objectives meet the criteria for performance support and for defining success measures tied to the business goals in partnership with the business.

Coach Facilitation and Instructional Design teams to ensure the effectiveness of the team to deliver on business needs
Create learning strategies and plans based on business strategyLeverage your skill set in professional learning & development to improve team performance, directly impacting the health outcomes and experiences of our membersAs a senior leader in the People & Culture function, you will collaborate with peer leaders to influence a stronger culture that is more aligned with organizational objectivesRe-imagine Learning & Performance at Accolade by strategically aligning the business' key objectives with educational platforms, curriculum content, and learning delivery methodsPartner with business leaders to establish competency gaps impacting their organization's ability to deliver on active business, understand what competencies will be needed in their 'future state,' and build/procure learning modules to help address them
Be responsible for all phases of the Learning & Performance end-to-end process, inclusive of coordinating resource needs to meet business deliverablesBe responsible for overall measurement strategy related to projects/programs (Evaluation phase) and Wrap-Up of the end-to-end processLead the instructional design team and collaborate with partners to define appropriate instructional objectives, learning solution(s), measures, and audience impactWork with the team and business to ensure performance support solutions are resourced and managedEstablish strong business relationships in the context of defining skills development related to business needs, including the management and professional development area
Define and communicate support strategyIdentify conflicting priorities and negotiate solutions with business partnersProvide status updates and appropriate reports to the businessImplement innovative programs that leverage design and content across roles and skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience10 - 15 years of relevant experience in education and learningOrganizational Awareness - Knows how the organization works and how to work effectively within it.
