The Director of Franchise Marketing and GTM Transformation - US Dupixent, will work across the DUPIXENT US Franchise and the broader organization to drive the enablement of advanced capabilities and platforms to improve Franchise Marketing effectiveness. In addition, this role will oversee the development and execution of different innovative solutions to advance our decision-making capabilities and improve the way we engage with HCPs and patients throughout their customer journey. This role will engage with various Sanofi and Regeneron cross-functional teams including HCP and Consumer Marketing, Patient Support, IT, Global and others to identify and execute various initiatives with the goal of advancing the development of our ecosystem and omnichannel capabilities.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the customer ecosystem (patient, provider, payer), interdependencies within the organization (data, shared services enablement, cross-functional strategies), and how they should intersect to create unified customer experiences. This role will leverage the ability to move the organization forward on new ideas, an understanding of systems implementation and enablement, and change management strategies is a must.
RESPONSIBLITES
Be comfortable challenging the status quo and has demonstrated success in implementing first in market/first in company initiatives that required creating alignment and change management pull through
Drive the transformation of the brand's Franchise go-to-market approach by identifying areas for improvement, implementing new processes, and leveraging innovative technologies
Develop and implement change management initiatives to ensure efficient and successful adoption of new strategies across the organization.
Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to align on Franchise strategies and effective execution
Foster strong relationships to drive cross functional collaboration, removing silos to achieve business objectives
Work with solution Product Owner(s) from Sanofi Digital team and Global teams to prioritize features to maximize value delivered to the business
Lead upskilling effort & support implementation of new ways of working
Understands the brand strengths, opportunities, competitive challenges, and key attributes of the brand lifecycle to develop a roadmap that delivers the tools needed to enable optimal omnichannel engagement that meets the needs of the indications and franchise
Manage budgets for owned projects and influence utilization of budgets to support GTM and omnichannel transformation
Implement standards, systems, best practices, and training for GTM Transformation
Responsible for franchise governance, standardized processes, and documentation
Be a franchise champion
Influence utilization of budgets to support omnichannel & Franchise capabilities
Leads development & delivery of Franchise initiatives and innovations in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Capable of leading multiple high priority projects at once
Able to set priorities, create organizational alignment & followership across multiple projects
Works across the organization & with strategic partners to ensure alignment on overall roadmaps
Works to ensure initiatives are integrated into the Dupixent omnichannel ecosystem
Works with cross-functional teams to assess eHealth & technology landscape to identify new capabilities
Works with internal cross-functional teams to develop digital health & service partnerships
Continuously evaluates existing digital health solutions & identifies areas for improvement

Work in a matrixed environment and successfully partner with cross-functional teams, including indication teams and agency partners
Experience working with CRM data systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce, Merkle)
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong proven leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners
Self-starter, proactive in nature, and actively participates
Ability to understand and influence decisions
Position Requirements
Education:Undergraduate: BA/BS in applicable discipline
Experience Required:
7+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industry
Strategic planning
Building cross-functional consensus
Brand marketing
Omnichannel marketing and customer experience planning/enablement
Embedding omnichannel marketing strategy into BU brand strategies for new and existing commercial products
Functional Skills/Business Experience:
Strong planning and organization skills
