Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $132100 - $178400 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Provide input into the development of and interpret quantitative analytics for the subsidiary scorecards and plans
Serve as an advisor to leadership teams actively participating in planning and implementing strategies and initiatives
Maintain financial system data and internal controls to assure proper stewardship of assets and accuracy of accounting records
Provide change management leadership and insights in the finance transformation
Partner with corporate finance and operations leaders to ensure finance standards and processes are effective and efficient with service delivery to the subsidiary
Recruit, retain, and develop finance talent to maintain an organization with breadth and depth sufficient to attain subsidiary and enterprise-wide objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or CPA a plus
12+ years of progressive experience in finance roles
Corporate policy and governance experience
Previous experience managing a team with good people management and development attributes
Ability to make well-balanced business decisions and a client service mindset
Ability to travel up to 20% to various National and State Park properties
