Working as a Director of Demand Generation at Cooper Lighting Solutions is dynamic.
You and your team will be responsible for leading all elements of demand generation for Cooper Lighting Solutions including developing and implementing campaign strategies and content development to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

What you'll doLead a team to build-out a scalable demand generation function at Cooper Lighting SolutionsDevelop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads in the pipelineLead and execute demand generation marketing campaigns
Identify the content needs for campaigns and determine the optimal mix between email, digital advertising, PR, SEO, trade shows/events, & social media Manage and optimize the budget allocation across campaigns Configure & build campaigns within the marketing automation system & other technology stacksImprove the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing automation system increasing conversion rates to marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and improving the integrity of the overall database.Manage demand generation campaign performance in terms of evaluating results through data. Optimize campaign performance over time, testing variables in the plan to improve future performance.Work with Sales to maintain a feedback loop between Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration leading to faster MQL to sales conversions.Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to demand generation activityEstablish and review KPIs/metrics for all demand generation activities to ensure ROI. Build dashboards to monitor lead gen activityWhat you'll needBachelor's degree from an accredited institution 7+ years of Digital Marketing experienceExcellent project management, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to interact effectively with various functions and all levels in the organization Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs Our candidate profile is just a guide.
