As the Director of Trust & Customer Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in managing industry relationships, championing Autodesk's values, refining customer engagement for the trust organization, and elevating Autodesk's brand reputation to ensure sustained customer trust. You will also act as a voice of the customer, advocating for the security and privacy features that customers demand.
In collaboration with the Security, Privacy, Product Management, Customer Success, Public Relations, and Corporate Marketing teams, you will manage initiatives that enhance trust through direct customer engagement, sales enablement, well-planned events, content development (blog posts, whitepapers, etc), and the establishment of industry partnerships. Additionally, you will influence product development to emphasize security features that resonate with customer preferences.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, customer success, and account management, to gain insights into customer trends and identify strategic growth opportunities. Engage with customers to address their concerns and gather feedback on security, privacy, and data ethics, serving as their advocate within Autodesk. Implement trust-building initiatives to enhance customer trust in Autodesk and continuously measure and improve its impact. Foster and manage industry partnerships to strengthen Autodesk's reputation and expand its presence in the market. Lead the evolution and management of the customer-facing Trust Center, ensuring it provides accurate and up-to-date information on security, privacy, and data ethics practices.
Requirements
Minimum of ten years of experience in a consultative role, such as product management, product marketing, or consulting, with a focus on understanding customer trends and driving strategic growthThe candidate must possess proven leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide teams, drive initiatives, and make impactful decisions at a strategic levelFamiliarity with industry practices and trends related to security, privacy, and data ethics. Willingness to share insights and expertise through speaking engagements, including delivering presentations and participating in panel discussions. Comfortable engaging with both internal & external stakeholders such as industry experts, customers, and partners, to discuss Autodesk's approach to security and build trust in the organization. Curiosity and interest in learning about new customers, industries, and technologies.Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Action-oriented and persistent. Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $183,200 and $296,340. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
