Pfizer created a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Audience Center of Excellence to enable and drive a new standard for health care provider, consumer, and patient engagement in pharma. This team, part of the Chief Marketing Office (CMO), partners with cross-functional leaders to redefine our engagement strategies and provide exceptionally timely, differentiated, and relevant messages that drive deeper relationships and support across inbound and outbound consumer, patient and HCP experiences to positively impact health outcomes both in the US and Internationally.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of CRM Horizontal Value Propositions is directly responsible for developing an expert understanding of Pfizer's value proposition across the customer lifecycle, identifying and articulating engagement opportunities for different products in the US market, recommending and then deploying initiatives and partnerships to address opportunities across all brands of Pfizer Biopharma. Deploying initiatives will require rallying cross-functional teams and influencing without authority, and will be enabled by strategic, structured analysis and thought leadership.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a comprehensive consumer journey aligned with the organizations strategic goals with key initiatives and milestones. With that foundation, ideate consumer and HCP value propositions that may be optimized or created across products and geographiesLead regular reviews of structured analysis and product management frameworks to support prioritizion and deployment of Pfizer's go-to-market strategy.Present actionable insights and touchpoint optimizations, to influence leadership support for initiative ideation, testing, and scalingPartner with CFCs and others to market to test, validate, and execute customer engagement initiatives and allocate resources effectively across areas including Specialty Hubs or EMRsFacilitate consumer engagement monitoring - in collaboration with the Business Insights & Reporting - and continuously evaluate effectiveness of consumer relationship strategies in order to inform and adapt consumer relationship programsFacilitate Health Care Provider and staff engagement monitoring - in collaboration with the Business Insights & Reporting team - and continuously evaluate effectiveness of consumer relationship strategies in order to inform and adapt consumer relationship programsCollaborate closely with stakeholders within the CMO organization and other organizations within Pfizer to monitor and adjust roadmap as needed due to changing market dynamics, including:Partner with the sales rep team and product marketing teams for ideation and socialization.Partner with Applied Intelligence & Insight to ensure accurate measurement and to optimize reportingPartner with Digital to ensure alignment on value proposition development.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Pharma within a Marketing or Sales team5+ years' experience applying structured and strategic analysis, problem solving, or product development skillsets to evaluate and prioritize competing efforts at a national or global levelDemonstrated experience articulating complex information in a concise manner to leadership audiences Experience testing and validating value propositionsExperience creating journey maps, systems maps as well as qualitative and quantitative research. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $130,400.00 to $217,300.00.
