About Director of Consumer Digital Marketing, US Dupixent CRSwNP & EoE

  This role will support Direct to Consumer (DTC) digital marketing efforts for Dupixent with a focus on CRSwNP and GI indications.

  This individual will need to partner across the Alliance, as well as, with multiple support functions and agencies and will play a key role in generating insights to drive the creation and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns; continually aligning digital plans and strategies with brand objectives, goals and budgets.

  The position requires proven digital marketing expertise and experience developing customer-centric omnichannel strategies. An understanding of implementation digital marketing strategies inclusive of personalization and audience-driven segmentation planning is a must.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Establish strong business acumen by building and maintaining disease, market, and product knowledge including clear understanding of brand objectives, goals, campaigns, messages, and strategies

  Familiar with brand strengths, opportunities, competitive challenges, and key attributes of the brand lifecycle to provide strategic guidance on optimal digital engagement activities to drive growth based on specific indication needs

  Secure tactical approval through JRC processes across the Alliance

  Increase key performance metrics to attract and move audiences with content, including organic prospect traffic, time on page, click-thru rates, subscribers, form fills, and registrations.

  Possess an in-depth understanding of the multiple channels of customer engagement utilized by the organization including how channels can be utilized effectively in an integrated fashion to deliver cross-channel patient journeys

  Constant focus on enabling the best customer experience in every interaction; providing a way for that customer to continue their conversation with the brand

  Keen focus on developing targeted and actionable digital measurement plans, selecting KPIs and setting goals, targets and measurement milestones that directly relate to business objectives

  Shares insights based on behavioral and performance data to assess campaign liftand ROI

  Act as strategic brand partner to the Dupixent Franchise Media Team to help drive and improve our customer experience and marketing effectiveness

  Always assess the ever-changing digital landscape to identify areas of opportunity worth pursuing

  Be a great partner

  Works well in a highly matrixed environment to successfully partner across the Alliance, with cross-functional teams, and agency partners

  High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  Strong communication and presentation skills

  Self-starter, proactive in nature, and actively participates

  Position Requirements

  Education:Undergraduate: BA/BS in applicable discipline

  Experience Required:

  7+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industry

  Strategic planning

  Digital Marketing

  Customer/Patient experience planning

  Functional Skills/Business Experience:

  In-depth understanding of digital customer experience strategies

  Strong planning and organization skills

  In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and the key benefits that each achieve at driving enhanced customer relationships

  Strong understanding of end-to-end strategic marketing of pharmaceutical products

  Strong understanding of regulations involved with marketing pharmaceutical products

  Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and innovations

  Strong understanding of how to interpret digital marketing insights and provide optimization recommendations based on insights

  Agency management

  Additional Skills:

  Able to objectively review quantitative and qualitative data and feedback from others and identify key areas for attention

  Connects with others to ensure that plans are aligned and to unlock any conflicting priorities

  Viewed as a knowledgeable resource by customers and stakeholders

  Comfortable voicing opinion and driving alignment even when challenged or facing pushback

  Identifies and solves marketing problems proactively

  Demonstrates solution-oriented approach and proficient problem-solving skills

  Capable of identifying key trend breaks in marketing performance using data

  Understanding of existing customer engagement platforms and support capabilities with ability to articulate potential usages and limitations to others

  Advocate to actively advance our DEI ambition and support our CSR mission
