  Job Description

  Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.

  We are looking for a Leader with strong skills in Supply Chain Management to lead the North America Supply Chain Planning organization. We are transforming our company into a World Class Supply Chain organization and this role will play a key role on the North America Supply Chain Leadership Team. Responsible for North America regional pharmaceutical supply chain planning, demand fulfillment and master data stewardship ($11 BN revenue) and global end-to-end planning for select sterile, pharm and medical device platforms ($2 BN revenue).

  Lead cross-functional Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) including dialogue, content and solutions for key operational decision making. (25 direct / indirect reports). We are fostering a culture of fun, collaboration and innovation and expect the incumbent to exhibit those characteristics. our Manufacturing Division lead for North America Human Health product supply, demand fulfillment, demand optimization, and new product launch support. Proactive management & forward-looking approach, identify & resolve issues before they become “events” and also optimize overall business benefits.

  Ensure demand is satisfied On Time & In Full (300 Finished Good SKU’s)

  Proactive risk identification & resolution of supply into Region

  Manage inventory levels to support US market while optimizing working capital, minimizing discards & enabling plant efficiency

  Lead US cross-functional S&OP process including dialogue, content and solution development for key operational decision making

  Planning Regional bulk requirements (1,800 Bulk / Intermediates / API SKU’s)

  North America End-to-End Planning with accountability for global supply chain performance for some products

  These products represent significant revenue for the company.

  Enable stability at manufacturing sites and high customer service through S&OP process

  Prevent and minimize impact of global supply events

  Ensure inventory optimization and performance to plan (working capital targets)

  Accountable for quality and maintenance of North America Master Data:

  Ensuring master data accuracy, which is critical to enable supply planning at both the Hub and the NA Sites

  Creating/editing/auditing/approving all product information in SAP in support of supply chain planning.

  Managing DSOS off-shore India master data maintenance team which provides tactical master data maintenance support for all Regions

  Can apply basic to intermediate knowledge and understanding of Planning (MRP, ERP), Inventory & Forecast Planning and demand planning

  Accountable for strategic supply chain leadership for key North America sites (Wilson NC, Las Piedras PR, Elkton VA, Cherokee PA) and key interfaces with External Manufacturing organization.

  Effectively collaborate across other Global Regions (Latin America, EMEA, Asia Pacific, etc.) and support functions/organizations

  Understand, balance & integrate dependent demand across nodes/regions and allocate as appropriate to optimize business benefits (inventory, tax, capacity, P&L, etc).

  Partner with US Commercial team & Manufacturing strategy team to integrate Regional and Global Brand Strategies into supply plans within the 0-36 mo planning horizon, as appropriate.

  Follow established planning processes and generate new processes when there is a gap

  Lead/ participate planning projects focused on continuous improvement

  Education Minimum Requirement:

  Bachelor’s Degree, BS preferredRequired Experience and Skills:

  At least 7 years experience in a supply chain function or equivalent manufacturing execution

  Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  Demonstrated leadership of functional and cross-functional teams

  Strong business acumen

  Strong data analytical skills and ability to clearly translate and explain results/scenarios to senior management in a clear and concise manner

  Understand Supply Chain concepts – Inventory Management, Production Planning etc

  Willingness to learn and contribute. Must be a great team player

  Good communication skills and stakeholder management

  Problem Solving skills and high degree of resilience, collaboration, and leadership

  Assembling and analyzing data, identifying problems and developing recommendations which support supply chain operations and planning

  Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ownership. Work for the common good.

  U.S. Hybrid Work Model
