This individual will focus on understanding the unique customer needs in this segment, crafting the right channel strategy and campaign development plans, and ultimately drive marketing attributed pipeline, sales, revenue and growth.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Vice President of Demand Generation, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in growing and scaling our European tax, trade and legal B2B business. This position requires a track record of proven results in Demand Generation/Segment marketing, creating impactful programming, cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable business outcomes. The Director of Marketing Strategy will:
Own relationship with the Europe General Manager and their sales leadership team; serve as primary demand generation contact and translate Sales targets and objectives into impactful marketing strategies and plans.Support strategic vision and roadmap to accelerate brand and product awareness, increase marketing created pipeline and drive new sales.Direct acquisition, co-sell, re-sell and referral marketing efforts in conjunction with Sales, Content, Product Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams; shape strategy, messaging, and content for campaigns.Build and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators; work with Sales and other marketing functions to understand shared goals, create marketing campaigns and attend planning calls regularly to ensure flawless execution of programs.Accelerate sales and demand generation through various marketing activities (tradeshows, webcasts, social media, etc.), providing thought-leadership and expertise as needed,Establish regular tracking and reporting mechanisms including standardized reports, clear attribution rules and measurement of result in collaboration with Marketing Analytics and Operations.Accountable for Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring the achievement of annual marketing pipeline targets and marketing-attributed sales targets.
About You:
Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in demand generation roles or other relevant marketing rolesAbility to think strategically and analytically about business opportunities with strategic partnersProven success in managing campaign objectives that achieved pipeline and revenue growth, including budget managementTrack record of data and results-driven marketingExcellent at collaboration and communication in a matrixed environment
