Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 15 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, in particular, Industrial Manufacturing
10 years of customer-facing experience running engagements with clients (e.g., consulting, project management, sales, implementation or technical sales)
5 years of experience with information technology and computer systems that support enterprise goals (including cloud technologies and machine learning)
Preferred qualifications: MBA degree
10 years of executive experience
Experience operating in a global role/on a global scale
Executive digital transformation experience within a major manufacturing organization and experience with consulting Knowledge of industrial automation (OT) systems
Established, actionable relevant executive/C-suite relationships and a reputation within the Manufacturing ecosystem

Additionally, you will use a natural player-coach mindset. You will interface with C-level executives and work on the details of large agreements. You will run the business autonomously while leveraging the connections to the broader organization.You will leverage your industry domain knowledge to analyze industry trends and to inform product roadmaps. You will design go-to-market strategies and coordinate for emerging solutions and agreements. You will engage with key industry customers to provide unique domain expertise and to co-design products/solutions. You will also manage iterative product development processes necessary for AI-based solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $246,000-$361,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Own the Manufacturing Industry strategy and roadmap (jointly with global automotive market lead). Understand customer demand and work with our product teams to develop industry solutions. Define, review, and agree to a clear set of priorities, joint initiatives, and roadmap. Coordinate the cross-functional Industry Team and build and foster relationships with Google leaders across the organization.
Demonstrate global thought leadership at events and publications.
Be responsible for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Tech Partnership Relationship and Acquisitions.
Oversee quality assurance of SI Enablement.
