  The Director, Learning & Development will serve as a key member of the Learning & Development team. This individual will have direct management of a team. You will be responsible for consulting, designing, building, implementing and measuring blended learning strategies designed to help our internal associates and business leaders grow their functional and professional skills in innovative, creative and appealing ways. We seek a leader who can advance our agenda to apply cutting edge methods that enable us to best serve our associates. This Director will help build exceptional performance-based learning solutions that support our vision and strategy and will have the opportunity to champion, influence, reimagine, and refine the impacts of learning. This position calls for a leader who is strategic and forward thinking, a problem solver, relationship builder and bold innovator.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Build, lead and develop a team of learning professionals to develop innovative learning solutions that will advance skills and expertise of associatesBuild strong relationships and consult with business leaders, HR partners, and L&D teammates to build best learning strategies and experiences that meet people where they are and bring them forward on their journeyLead the development and implementation of learning initiatives in support of key Line of Business and enterprise level compliance learning prioritiesImplement learning best practices and innovative, creative learning strategiesDevise and implement a clear and consistent learning assessment model to measure results and return on investment, short term and long termPrioritize learning efforts and effectively allocate resourcesFuel a culture of continuous learning on the team and among our partners by keeping an active pulse on external trends and bring them back to the teamMotivate the team to high performance while caring for well-being and balance as a role model and a tone-setter for the teamAdvance diversity, inclusion, and belonging through leading practices in hiring, team building, and infusing these concepts throughout the learning experiencesCommunicate with and influence leadership at all levelsManage L&D Learning Budget

  Basic Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree or Military experienceAt least 3 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience designAt least 5 years of experience in client consultingAt least 5 years of experience leading and implementing learning strategiesAt least 5 years of experience in people leadershipAt least 5 years of experience in project management

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Master's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or Organizational Design or EffectivenessProfessional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources Certification7+ years of experience in people management7+ years of experience in project management (planning, executing, tracking)5+ years of experience in driving multi-year, company-wide learning endeavors
