NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding candidate to fill the role of IT Director and alignment within Information Technology. The successful candidate will collaborate comprehensively with senior leaders and partners throughout NVIDIA to craft the future of Enterprise Productivity Engineering aligned with our overarching mission of enabling employee productivity and business growth. This role will cover all Enterprise Products & Enablement of AI Infused workflow strategy aspects.
What you’ll be doing:
Be accountable for the development and oversight of comprehensive and adaptable technology strategies in partnership with Enterprise Productivity Engineering leadership and business partners, ensuring alignment with evolving business and customer priorities
Proactively establish and cultivate collaborative partnerships with NVIDIA business leaders and partners to ensure IT alignment, robust support for requirements, and enable future growth
Provide engineering and product leadership in setting strategy, developing priorities, roadmaps, and improving operations mechanisms that drive a highly effective and efficient organization
Champion product and service innovations using data-driven insights, comprehensive analysis and metrics
Proactively contribute to financial planning and forecasts, collaborating with IT and Finance leadership to advise decision-making and drive outcomes in alignment with strategic objectives
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 12+ overall years experience
10+ years of expertise in developing and leading all aspects of strategy across diverse technology domains, coupled with experience in architecting and crafting technology solutions; experience leading and influencing technology teams at scale
5+ years of leadership experience
Consistent record to unify teams around shared goals and visions through a cohesive strategy, effectively garnering employee engagement and dedication.
Experience in building trusted advisor relationships, influencing others (including C-level executives), and working effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Resourceful at recognizing and addressing intricate business opportunities, devising global technology strategies with a user focus, and guiding organizations in defining future state requirements while understanding cross-functional dynamics
Shown success in transformative alignment of business and technology, setting and attaining ambitious objectives, and translating strategy into actionable steps
Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills accompanied by the ability to influence both directly and indirectly and build consensus throughout the business
Knowledge of communications best practices and willingness to develop strategies and execute plans.
Knowledge of fiscal planning, budgeting, and reporting.

The base salary range is 264,000 USD - 402,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
