As we advance our mission, we are looking to hire an inspirational leader to be part of the Expert Network executive leadership team that supports a multi-billion-dollar services business for Intuit by enabling decision support regarding investment focus and accelerating the velocity and quality of learnings for our Service Delivery, Expert Network and Modern Operations platform organizations.
We seek a seasoned learning and development (L&D) leader who has led and scaled L&D teams through large transformations. This leader should have extensive experience in building external learning/knowledge organizations and developing internal L&D strategies. Given the scale and complexity of Intuit Academy, being data-led and analytics-driven are of critical importance to driving impact and desired outcomes. A demonstrated understanding of upcoming technologies (like Generative AI) and how they accelerate learning platforms is a must as we evolve L&D practices to best-in-class.
What you'll bring
Strong history of experience (12+ years) in the talent field, leading learning and development organizations, with deep knowledge of learning technologiesLearner Behavior: Experience understanding modern learners and how learner behavior data influences content development and deploymentExcellent Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to link project strategies to business objectives and drive desired business outcomes by setting a vision, goals and objectives that motivate and inspire the organization to deliverExceptional Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively collaborate, partner and consult with global senior leaders, business partners and colleagues in team and subject matter experts to bring together competing priorities and ultimately drive business results.Innovator: Capacity to be a change agent - not afraid to challenge the status quo. How you will lead
Lead Intuit Academy with a clear vision, build a long-term roadmap (3/1 year) and gain executive alignment from cross-functional stakeholdersPartner with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities, craft skills and consult on best-in-class, scalable and modern learning solutions, including learning design and learning technologyBring best in class sustainable approaches to ensure high impact learning experiences - whether in person or virtual.Build playbooks and templates for most common learning community needs (e.g., developing podcasts, Gamification)Drive engagement with, awareness and usage of one learning solution for expert network across IntuitLead and oversee the analysis, design, development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of technologies, structures, and processes that support the core learning and development solutionsBuild awareness and learning at scale and beyond to reach learners outside Intuit by partnering with Sales, Product Management and Marketing and Communications identify partnerships where we can extend specific learning with to our partners and customers Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Communities to build capacity and capability in the technical, professional, and functional fields for the future
