Overview:
As the strategic technology partner to IMCO, you will ensure smooth orchestration of our technology solutions and data products in line with relevant business value streams. This will involve ensuring that our customers and consumers receive the best-in-class experience.
You will lead the definition and management of a portfolio of programs, projects, and ongoing services, ensuring that each part contributes to the overall achievement of our vision and goals.
Highlighted Responsibilities:
Establishes active relationships with key business stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor about the application of technology within and across their (sub)functions and ensure that demand is prioritized in line with business and customer value streams whilst avoiding technological debt.
Lead the demand governance process, orchestrating responses to meet both short-term and long-term demand and facilitating decision-making and planning from an integrated (technology) portfolio perspective.
Co-Lead the creation and delivery of ‘what good looks like’ (people, process, technology) and ensure this translates in achievable technology roadmaps and investment profiles.
Implementing and leading portfolio management practices for the function that amplifies iterative/agile working including Financial planning, financial management and function strategic vendor management.
Uses influencing and negotiation skills to create synergies across the broader company’s ecosystem to enable cost-effective and innovative shared solutions in achievement of business goals.
Leads the establishment and execution of a digital workplace strategy that enables the development of digital dexterity of marketing & sales team personas. Ensures employees have the tools and work environment to be more engaged, productive, and effective.
Participates and partners with the IMCO leadership team to drive culture change in support of digitalisation, automation and operational excellence.
Champions the importance and value of product management principles and product development models to maximise agility, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Providing a source of consistent information about available technology services and products and ensure that our service catalogue is useful and easy to use. Uses influencing skills to maximize the value of the BTS product catalog and how the different solutions can come together to provide value to the business. Design processes to support and enable the adoption at country level.
Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in either business areas or within Information Technology.
Previous leadership responsibilities.
Preferably experience in related, industry-leading, large, cross-functional teams or enterprise-wide programs, influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across an organization/division and within complex contexts.
Demonstrated experience in strategy and strategic planning, organization design and development.
Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading large, complex and or transformational initiatives in dynamic environments and taking advantage of digital opportunities to innovate business models and enable the digitalization of the business.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate vision that inspires and motivates others and lead the strategy execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business partners.
Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of an enterprise and its business units – working experience with business value architecture.
