TheDirector ofHuman Resources-Operations reports to the Head of Global Field HumanResources and is responsible for directing the strategy on thepeople-related matters impacting the business within GlobalManufacturing (U.S., Brazil and Thailand) and Supply Chain. This role ishybrid with the flexibility to work from home. This role will be basedin or near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with an expectation the incumbent canbe on-site within short notice.
