We are looking for exceptional talent to join Adobe as a Director, HR Business Partner to help us on our mission to change the world through digital experiences. Our HR Business Partners are on the front lines every day making things happen across the business so that we can continue to transform how people and brands tell their stories. For this specific role, you will have responsibility for partnering with Senior Directors and Vice Presidents in the Emerging Solutions and Partnerships organization, a newly formed team focused on our customer success. This team is part of the Digital Media organization, the largest and fastest-growing business unit at Adobe.

What you need to succeed
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience10+ years of HR Business Partner experience in roles of increasing complexity and scope, partnering directly with senior leadersExpertise in organizational design and effectiveness, building high performing teams, executive coaching, navigating complex employee relations, and scaling an org with high growthStrong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skillsAbility to establish strong relationships at all levels of the organization and navigate a complex matrixUnderstanding of the changing dynamics of the business, and the implications on the organization, talent and AdobeCreativity in your DNA- this is Adobe after all. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $141,500 -- $292,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
