Job Description

New Business:
As the Director, Growth + Marketing at Digitas Health, you will help shape the agency's narrative and driving new business initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
New Business Development:
Lead the development of new business pitches, contributing to the process and story creation.
Orchestrate pitch rehearsals, ensuring a cohesive story flow, polished individual talk tracks, and understanding of client expectations.
Take initial intake calls with prospective clients, effectively presenting DH's capabilities.
Guide the opportunity assessment process, partnering with agency leadership on go/no-go decisions and proposing PH/Groupe-level solutions if DH declines.
Manage client communication throughout the pitch process, establishing relationships with procurement and agency contacts.
Challenge the strategic direction of pitches, pressure testing story flow and creative direction.
Flex as an account/strategy leader when needed and participate as a pitch team member presenting to prospective clients.
Be the final approval person, ensuring all pitch elements align with DH standards.
Marketing and Communications Department:
Internal:
Meet monthly with shared service leads to identify and develop marketing materials reflecting the new DH narrative and branding.
Create a repository of assets, including the latest files and logos.
Develop internal materials such as email blasts, event updates, award submissions, employee spotlights, and more.
External:
Maintain oversight of social strategy and content calendar development, ensuring understanding of overall brand strategy, messaging, and timelines.
Work with the EVP to develop the initial thought leadership strategy/content calendar and lead execution across channels.
Keep a pulse on industry events/trends and identify opportunities for thought leadership pieces.
Manage yearly award submissions.
Collaborate with PH communications to develop and coordinate communication strategy and implement media plans.
Manage yearly congress/conference planning and attendance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience (at least 7 years) in marketing, business development, and new business pitches, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $117,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
