Drives conceptualization, development and execution of new and existing Global Education content, programs and materials targeted to the business needs of Tom Ford Beauty with a focus on the Fragrance category.
The Director Global Education and Artistry is a passionate education expert and strategist leading the creation of differentiated and compelling Fragrance education content that ignites passion for Tom Ford Beauty and drives sales worldwide. The Director Global Education and Artistry will oversee the Fragrance content development (ex: Education video content, core training programs, new product launches modules, etc.) to deliver on-brand business objectives.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop the Fragrance education content execution strategy establishing global consistency, while considering local market needs and channel-specific needs; ensure programs and formats are results-driven and interactive.
• Lead and execute the Fragrance content development; responsible for creating and collaborating with Global and Regional Education Leads on a progressive delivery strategy of blended learning instruction by leveraging existing and new technologies to support the strategic business initiatives. Creates forward-thinking editorial training content for in store team members.
• Establishes performance objectives, learning outcomes, and assessment tools using established instructional theories and design principles.
• Support Consumer Marketing, Omni Channel and PR teams in digital consumer education from augmented reality to how-to videos.
• Partner with the Global Product Marketing, Product development and the Digital teams to assist in the effective execution of the Fragrance training initiatives for all education channels.
• Work with cross-functional departments to develop and reinforce KPIs and continuously communicate opportunities for heroes and big bets.
• Develop Fragrance Training programs that translate brand insights into meaningful, on-brand education initiatives; ensure that market-specific and cultural needs are met within in-store and virtual programs (when applicable).
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on Client's journey events.
• Develop Training programs on Fragrance knowledge, selling behavior and luxury service skills to support global business, functioning as a resource and leader for the Regions, providing both product and sales expertise ensuring cultural needs are taken into consideration.
• Stays current with technology and digital trends within the Fragrance education environment.
• Evaluate and prioritize learning needs of specific retailer employee segments to create training solutions to enhance brand and product passion.
Qualifications

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $202,100. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
