About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Director for Enterprise Leadership Development. This role will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to develop deliverables and implement the leadership development across the Wells Fargo enterprise. This collaborative leader must be capable of initiating action, managing change and driving execution. This role demands a persuasive, effective communicator who leads with strong relationship management and influencing skills. This role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record in building high-performing teams that drive business results through effective leadership and employee engagement. This leader will drive accountability in the following areas:
Partner with internal business and HR teams to build on existing strategy to develop best-in-class leaders across the enterprise.Recommend innovative approaches to develop leaders and strengthen skills using a variety of methods.Support the team in developing content and materials.Use ongoing stakeholder engagement forums to collect feedback on manager/leadership content, resources, and delivery approach.Define and execute on a marketing and communication strategy to support products and programs for leaders.Partner to identify and select vendors to support project deliverables as needed.Define short-term and long-term metrics for success and monitor leadership programs and products against those metrics.Manage allocation of people and financial resources for project and teamMentor and guide talent development of team and assist in hiring talent.#HRJobsRequired Qualifications:8+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of Management experienceDesired Qualifications:8+ years of Manager Development experienceExperience building manager development content and experiences.Experience managing new manager development programs.Strong and effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skillsAbility to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment.Highly effective consultative leader with credibility through demonstrating strong business and data driven acumen, passion for customer service and operational excellence.Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss complex information in a way that informs others and enhances understanding at all levelsExcellent consulting, influencing, collaboration and partnering abilities with business executives/leaders and HR partnersJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 15%Hybrid work schedule with a minimum 3 days in office, 2 days remoteWillingness to work on-site in San Antonio or Dallas, TX; Des Moines, IA; Mpls, MN or Charlotte, NCRelocation assistance is not available for this positionPosting End Date:
